Let’s keep your appointment smooth, protected, and stress-free.
A $75 retainer secures your appointment when required. This mostly applies to mobile bookings and services where time has to be blocked out more intentionally.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, part of the retainer is kept and can still be used to secure alternate appts within 30 days or previous. Total retainer can be transferred if reasonable cancellation window.
Mobile bookings require the $75 retainer. Travel fees are added based on distance, and your location has to be confirmed before moving forward.
Right now, in-shop walk ins okay.
If you prefer to lock in an appt in shop, $35 retainer is required and goes toward your service.
VIP appointments do not require a retainer. That is a current exception for established, day one clients only. These policies are here to keep the schedule clean and make sure your appointment runs the way it should.
