All sales are final except where a refund is required by law, a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed, or Pink Swann fails to provide the purchased product or service as described.
Because many Pink Swann offers include immediate access, reserved capacity, personalized review, digital delivery, proprietary tools, generated outputs, preparation, or work that begins shortly after purchase, payment is considered earned once access is granted, a download or intake is delivered, work or preparation begins, a scheduled time or cohort seat is reserved, or any portion of the purchased benefit is used.
Not using, completing, opening, attending, submitting, implementing, or fully consuming a purchased product or service does not create a right to a refund. Dissatisfaction with a result, change of mind, schedule change, lack of participation, or failure to follow through does not by itself make a purchase refundable.
For one-time digital products, diagnostics, assessments, reports, tools, templates, guided experiences, and similar offers, no cash refund is available after access, intake, preparation, personalization, generation, review, or delivery has begun. Before that point, any refund, credit, transfer, or accommodation is at Pink Swann's discretion unless otherwise required by law or stated on the specific offer page.
For appointments, calls, implementation work, cohorts, and reserved-capacity services, the payment secures time and capacity that may no longer be available to another buyer. Once that capacity is reserved or work has begun, the payment is non-refundable. Any reschedule, transfer, or account credit is governed by the offer-specific terms and, when not expressly stated, is discretionary.
For recurring plans and subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals only. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated for a specific offer, amounts already charged are non-refundable and are not prorated. Access or service continues through the end of the paid billing period, and cancellation takes effect at the end of that billing period.
Recurring customers can update billing details or cancel future renewals through Pink Swann's secure billing portal.
Free or discounted trials, when offered, convert according to the terms disclosed at checkout. The customer is responsible for canceling before the renewal date if they do not want the next charge. A completed renewal is treated as payment for the next service period and is not refundable solely because the customer forgot to cancel or did not use the service.
Pink Swann may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, correction, reschedule, transfer, account credit, or other cure instead of a cash refund when doing so fully addresses the issue. Any courtesy accommodation does not waive this policy for future transactions.
Customers are encouraged to contact support@pinkswann.com before initiating a payment dispute so Pink Swann can review the transaction and, when appropriate, provide the purchased value, correct an error, or apply the policy above. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
